Home Insurance
This is a packaged policy specially designed for one's home. It provides cover for the cost of alternative accommodation or rent, when one's home is rendered uninhabitable as a result of the occurrence of an insured peril such as burglary, fire, flood and explosions.
This is truly a packed policy to ensure that the insured's property and dependents are well covered.
Benefit
It also pays for the insured's legal liabilities to domestic staff or third parties, in addition to a Personal Accident Cover for yourself with the insured and other dependents.
Home Advantage Insurance
Home Insurance bundled with pet insurance: This policy is designed to offer an extra protection for tenants & homeowners who have the home content or HPA policies and at the same time would like to insure their pets at home. The bundle offers a huge discount on the pet insurance as a combined offer.
The existing rate for Home & Personal Asset protection will be applied with an additional premium of GHS 100 for a liability of GHS 2,000 per annum for the basic pet insurance cover.
Household Content Insurance
This policy covers household contents against fire and the allied perils of lightning and explosion in addition to burglary. The package also has benefits for personal & employers? liability as well.
This policy is targeted at all occupants of homes including tenants and home owners or landlords.
As a special product, it has different packages to suit various needs and financial standing. Packages range from as low as GH?80.00 to GH?630.00 depending on the sum insured.
It is easy to sign on. No need to list items. You have the option to list certain specific items you deem vital and valued above GH?2,000.00.
If you choose not to list the items, in the event of a claim, a reasonable limit of GHS2,000.00 per article to the tune of the sum insured, will be paid to the insured(customer).
COVERS
Fire, Lightening, Explosion or Earthquake
Theft or attempted theft involving entry into or exit from your home by violent and forcible means(Burglary)
Malicious acts, Riot and Civil Commotion
Flood, Windstorm, Tornado etc.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise specified, the Limit of Liability in respect of any Single Item shall not exceed GHS2,000.00
